Were looking for a highly organized Project & Documentation Coordinator to support our team in keeping projects on track and documentation up to date. This role is ideal for someone whos detailoriented communicates clearly and enjoys organizing people processes and information.
Key Responsibilities:
Track project timelines deadlines and deliverables across teams
Maintain accurate and accessible internal documentation (Google Docs Notion Confluence etc.
Schedule and coordinate meetings followups and task assignments
Create and update project reports checklists and summaries
Ensure documentation is clear consistent and aligned with team workflows
Assist with onboarding materials SOPs and process updates
What Were Looking For:
U.S. citizenship required
2 years of experience in project coordination operations or documentation roles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Experience with tools like Google Workspace Notion Trello Asana or similar
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple moving parts
