Effective communication both verbal and written is essential as you will need to convey information clearly to clients and colleagues alike. Additionally you will transcribe decisions from digital recordings ensuring accuracy in the documentation of outcomes. Your role will involve drafting decisions based on typed notes followed by thorough proofreading to verify the integrity of documents and data. You will be tasked with inputting data and maintaining both electronic and paper files ensuring that all records are uptodate and easily accessible. Greeting clients and addressing their inquiries through various communication channels will also be part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in navigating PC applications and systems is crucial as you will need to interpret various documents and records to support your work effectively.
