Job Description
Responsibilities
NoblisESI is seeking a User Engagement Representative to support a large Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) program initiativewithin the Mission Integration Directorate (MID) directorate.This is an OCONUS role located in Stuttgart Germany USEUCOM.
The MIDis responsible forteaming with the customers and mission partners to provide solutions to satisfy Intelligence Community (IC) Department of Defense (DoD) and civil customers most urgent intelligence needs.
As a User Engagement Representative youllassistthe supported command with articulating requirements providing training and aligning intelligence needs with the customers enterprise solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Integrate asthe customerspersonal representativeassignedtothe Intelligence Community Department of DefenseJoint Staff Interagency Organizations andCombatantCommands
- Identify capture and prioritize the users intelligence needs requirements and shortfalls
- Enable rapid responses to user requirements and intelligence needs within the agencys enterprise solutions
- Assistthe user with articulating national systems support needs and requirements to the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Ensure supported users have knowledge of and access to systems services and capabilities andassistthe user with leveraging capabilities in support of their mission.
- Participate in the users training program by developing and providing tailored userspecific briefings and presentations about the agencys capabilities to applicable users.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required.
- ActiveTop Secret/SCI clearance with a CounterIntelligence Polygraph
- Bachelors degree in technology Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field. Alternativelydemonstrateanadditional4 years of related engineering/technical experience per level if no bachelors degree is held.
- Familiarity with the NROs and DoDs national and tactical space architectures
- Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily
- Stongcommunications skills and ability to serve as a trusted advisor
- Be able to travel

- Bachelors degree
- 8 10 years of experience
- Background / knowledge in National space and ground systems
- Compensation: $129700 $202675
SeniorLevel
- Bachelors degree
- 10 years of experience
- Background / knowledge in National space and ground systems
- Compensation: $156900 $245175
Desired Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Technology Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
- Certified in one or more of the following: Project Management
- Knowledge of Electrooptical RADAR SIGINT Communications Mission Management and Mission processing systems supporting a space and ground architecture
- Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work flexible schedules as necessary
- Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- Proficient communications skills and ability to serve as a trusted advisor.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors including but not limited to the combination of education certifications knowledge skills competencies and experience internal and external equity location clearance level as well as contractspecific affordability organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this positionis based on full time status. For part time or oncall staff compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important its just one component of Noblis total compensation package.
