Key Responsibilities:

• Business and Operational Process Change: Demonstrates experience in consulting with a specialization in business and operational process change

• Technical Support Expertise: Provides process engineering technical support expertise to production activities and plans projects to improve unit operations

• Process and ReEngineering Analysis: Analyzes processes and reengineering alternatives with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment

• New Process Integration: Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted teams

• Operational Improvement Analysis: Uses analysis to develop recommended operational improvements lowering costs and improving customer service

• Location: Onsite

• Travel Requirements: Minimal

• Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph

• Education: Bachelors degree

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years

• Intelligence Community: Previous IC or DoD experience

• Executive Level Partnership: Demonstrated experience partnering with Government Leads at the executive level

• Government Process: Expertise in governance processes as they relate to development programs

• Agile and Waterfall: Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall methodologies as well as understanding associated control gates and how these can be tracked managed and reports in an integrated master schedule
