In addition to brick and mortar locations mobile and tiny house concept stores and a robust ecommerce business the brand is also available at many notable independent and major retailers such as Bloomingdales Neiman Marcus Nordstrom and Shopbop. KREWEs unique approach to eyewear has created a cult following amongst consumers and influencers alike. Our frames have appeared in publications from GQ to VOGUE and on celebrities such as Beyonce Gigi Hadid Meghan Markle Carrie Underwood Hailey Bieber Zayn Malik Scott Disick and Adam Huber among others.

As the business grows we are seeking smart creative and experienced individuals to join our talented team! Key attributes and qualities we are looking for in candidates include an entrepreneurial spirit a bestpractices methodology highest standards for execution and a high level of accountability. Successful candidates are innovative and solutionoriented adaptable and resilientand teamoriented with a leanin attitude.

We are currently searching for a highperforming Project Manager Store Planning to join our Build & Construction Team. Reporting directly to the Director of Build Construction this key player will be responsible for assisting with design management construction management and special projects with the Expansion team. This role will support with overseeing construction projects through detailed timelines and handson project management and ensuring ontime onbudget execution in all locations. The ideal candidate brings to the team a collaborative and problemsolving energy and an eagerness to jump in across all phases of design and construction projects.

This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week and will require travel locally and nationally every 46 weeks.

To be successful in this role youll have:

  • Ability to contribute effectively in the development and implementation of brand standards
  • Exceptional time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Build Construction Director of Facilities and VP of Expansion in all design construction and real estate related projects and tasks
  • Manage organizational tools to track progress across multiple projects
  • Take ownership of special projects with the support of the team from start to finish
  • Manage internal reporting systems to keep larger team coordinated and on track
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement brand standards across all projects new and existing
  • Track and oversee progress via frequent sitevisits travel required

Requirements:

  • Advanced in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Advanced in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge in construction architectural and store planning terminology
  • Working knowledge of store and field operations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of the team
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing
  • Ability to set priorities meet deadlines and multitask with supervision
