We are looking for someone to join our Omega Fitness Holdings franchise team asTalent Acquisition Specialist. This role is a fantastic chance for someone looking to take on a new challenge and have an impact on 125 clubs across the country (and growing!).
Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Department: Human Resources
Schedule: Fulltime Monday through Friday
Location: Inperson in Monona Wisconsin

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviewsand assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the gyms culture.
- Coordinate and manage the hiring process including reference checks and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools industry associations and other talent sources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Get creative to try new recruitment tactics and provide data to track key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of various fitness roles and qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
- Passion for fitness and wellness.
- Extremely professional and upbeat.
