Job Title:(Fall2025) Intern Student Configuration Management
Work Place Flexibility: Onsite

Entergys Configuration Management Department in Power Delivery is responsible for for maintaining the Facility Ratings Workbooks and Maximo Records regarding substation and transmission lines assets on the power system.
Intern Job Description:
Working in a team environment to assist engineers in day to day activities including but not limited to:
Asset Modeling in Maximo Process Energization Notices for design projects
Complete Commissioning Document updates within Maximo and process
Critical Infrastructure Protection requests Initiate Facility Workbook and For Construction Workbook updates
Participate in weekly team meetings and training.
Work on special projects to assist with Corrective Actions and FAC008 compliance
Maintain evidence of PRC027 related communication and coordination with transmission and generation owners/operators.
Updating the Asbuilt PRC026 settings information
Recording relay loadability information from the Safe Load Calculations module Update Master Pending list with Relay Settings Status Support activities to comply with applicable industry standards (i.e. NERC SERC) and other utility regulations Travel may be required for the position
Education Requirements: Seeking Electrical Mechanical Industrial or General engineering majors. Junior and Senior candidate with graduation dates of December 2026 and beyond preferred. Must be actively pursuing a bachelors masters or doctorate degree as indicated above and at minimum classified as a sophomore or beyond. Minimum 3.0 GPA
