Job Title:Chemical Delivery Specialist
Department:Operations
Location: Dickinson ND
Remote Status: Onsite must live locally at start of employment.
Schedule:5 days on/2 days off. MonFri with the occasional weekend due to weather delays etc. Rotational weekend oncall schedule. Daytime hours.
FLSA Status:NonExempt Hourly. Home every night. Overtime is available and expected.
Quarterly BONUSES
Earn up to $100000 per year

Certifications/Licenses:Class B CDL with tanker hazmat and airbrake endorsements required. Class A CDL preferred.

Job SummaryProvides chemical treatments tooilfield well sites according to customer specifications and company driving record required. Must be able to work at a fast pace while keeping safety as a top priority.

Essential Dutiesother duties as assigned
  • Properly load and unload trucks
  • Complete pretrip and posttrip inspections of company vehicle and equipment
  • Deliver chemicals and treat wells in a timely manner as scheduled
  • Treat wells to prevent corrosion scale build up etc.
  • Accurately complete bills of lading (BOLs) and other reports according to company policy
  • Maintain accurate inventory reports according to company policy
  • Timely completion of reports and documentation
  • Maintain drivers logs according to DOT regulations
  • Follow all SOPs (standard operating procedures)
  • Work well both independently and as a team
  • Provide excellent customer service

Other Qualifications
Education/Experience:High school diploma or GED and 1 years in oil and gas industry preferred.

Physical Requirements:Lift and carry up to 100 pounds. Tip and move 55gallon drums weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of be able to reach push pull and grasp with arms and require daily climbing standing crouching. kneeling sitting walking driving and transitioning in/out of be able to talk hear and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin. Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.

Work Environment:Indoors and outdoors with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme winter weather precipitation and potential exposure to harmful chemicals dust odors fumes oil and will be subject to road conditions found throughout the Williston Basin. Noise level is typically moderate occasionally loud.

Language Skills:Ability to read interpret and understand documents such as safety rules safety data sheets (SDSs) operating instructions and procedure language fluency in reading writing and speaking.

Computer Skills:Efficiently navigate a web browser mobile applications electronic timesheets MS Office and programs such as OneNote for recording daily deliveries. Must possess a smartphone with internet access.

Work Ethic:Be trustworthy dependable respectful and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer policies and procedures and take responsibility for your actions.
Must pass a preemployment drug test background check FMCSA Clearinghouse and motor vehicle record check.
