The A Side: A Day in The Life

In this role you will be expected to prepare accurate royalty accounting for all parties contracted to the label and to provide adhoc information to Management and the labels when .

We are preferably looking for someone with a basic understanding of Royalties but what is essential is an analytical detail driven mind with a proven track record working with numbers and being comfortable dealing with internal & external stakeholders.

This role is a hybrid working position with 4 days a week in our 4 Pancras Square office and one at home.

The B Side: Skills & Experience

  • Royalty Accounting

  • Quarterly processing as directed by Head of label releases

  • Contract logging on IEG label

  • Sales input on IEG label

  • Monthly fee income bookings

  • Quarterly TV break claiming and booking of overseas claims

  • Year end information provision and analysis as required by Management and/or Finance as directed by Head

  • Monthly processing of VAT invoices payable on the labels

  • Investigation and resolution of ad hoc queries on the labels as within job holders capabilities

Person Specification

  • Good levels of numeracy and accuracy in figurework

  • Ability to analyse and interpret legal documents

  • Can deliver under pressure and can set / meet own goals

  • High level of competency on mainframe and Microsoft packages notably Microsoft Excel & Word.

  • Must be able to complete all tasks within agreed deadlines
