Salary (Actual Salary):
Working Pattern: 30 Hours Per WeekMonday to FridayTerm Time only 5 days

Outwood Academy Acklam the first Outwood school in Teesside has an enrollment of almost 1200 students each academic year. In its most recent assessment it was recognized as a GOOD school.

About the role:
The role of Teaching Assistant across our Academy is to promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support to students including those with statements of special educational needs under the direction of the class teacher.
You will work in close collaboration with our Teaching body to deliver the current curriculum to students and ensure all students are engaging with their education in this role you will be expected to support with the management of behaviour within the classroom as well as work in a variety of whole class exercises as well as on a one to one basis and in small focus groups.
We are looking for an individual who has high aspirations for students who is committed and passionate about learning; who has the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of Students First.
