Role Description
As part of the Central Functions Change team you will play a key role in:
the creation of a single consolidated and granular data solution for financial reporting and analysis in support of our Finance Transformation journey. Working closely with Finance stakeholders and data scientists as well as architects and IT teams you will understand and analyse business requirements gather and analyse data and make changes to support our datadriven strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the current (ASIS) and future (TOBE) business environment and systems landscape
- Elicit understand and define requirements to realise the objectives of the Finance team aligned to Allianz UK Data Strategy translating data analysis and business vision into actionable requirements and insights
- Collaborate with Product teams to design and implement solutions that align with our dataled strategy
- Assess appropriately document and manage the impact of requirements on Data processing and provisioning
- Support the development systems testing user acceptance testing and implementation of solutions by fostering close collaboration with solution partners suppliers and business stakeholders
- Learn from previous experiences and understand how benefits have been delivered by participating in postimplementation reviews lessons learned sessions and knowledgesharing/peer reviews

About You
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrate a passion for the BA role with a track record of success in dataoriented Change roles involving highcomplexity deliveries
- Be proficient in the use of mainstream data tools and exhibit familiarity with Data Modelling Warehousing & architecture concepts
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts effectively to individuals at all levels of understanding
- Able to work with business stakeholders to prototype provisioning requirements to facilitate iterative report development
- Possess a solid understanding of Master & Reference Data Data Quality and Data Governance as well as the ability to apply this knowledge to requirements definition and lineage management
- Have experience in delivery within an Agile framework showcasing an agile mindset and a flexible approach to meeting business priorities
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
