Job Summary:
As a Knowledge Specialist you will collaborate with the Knowledge and Localization Team to provide multilingual content for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include creating howto video tutorials in multiple languages conducting qualityassurance reviews of our product translations and acquiring multilingual product screenshots for our help documentation and release notes. Additionally you will work with the team to address client needs for multilingual content. As a successful Knowledge Specialist you will quickly learn and adapt to new tools technologies and processes with ease.
