HEALTH CARE AIDE (HCA)

This position is for our Tuxedo Villa Home located in Winnipeg Manitoba.
What youll be doing
Support residents in participating in activities of daily living (e.g. dressing bathing toileting personal grooming & mobility);
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families;
Ensure that care is provided according to the persons wishes preferences and care plan.
What you bring
Completed HCA certification;
Demonstrated compassion accountability and respect;
Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English;
Ability to meet the physical and cognitive demands of the job (e.g. bending lifting walking attention to detail ability to multitask).
