Your new role
As a Commissioning Manager you oversee the planning and execution of project commissioningfrom construction verification to achieving nameplate capacity. Key responsibilities include:
Developing the overall commissioning strategy processes and plans.
Coordinating with project teams contractors and stakeholders.
Managing timelines resources and procedures for commissioning activities.
Conducting inspections and performance tests to ensure systems meet specifications.
Ensuring compliance with regulations standards and project specifications.
Maintaining detailed commissioning documentation and resolving deficiencies at equipment subsystem and system levels.
Leading the handover process to operations and supporting the transition.
Tracking progress and supervising the commissioning team.
What youll need to succeed
Degree qualified in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
Over 10 years of experience in construction commissioning and project management including largescale mining projects (> $1B).
Deep understanding of project lifecycles the mining value chain and commissioning processes.
Expert in change management crossfunctional collaboration and technical problemsolving with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong skills in technical writing and data analysis for performance tracking.
