SEAT ASSEMBLER
DUNCAN PLANT
As a member of the production team the Seat assembler will be responsible forassembling and/or fitting parts together to form complete units or subassemblies at a bench or conveyor line. May include operations requiring the use of simple hand tools and/or power or special assembly tools.
The Role:
Your work will include but not be limited to:
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Repetitive gripping and use of hands
- Frequently required to stand walk sit and reach with hands and arms
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Use hand and power tools to assemble seat components according to specifications and instructions
- Identify and report any problems related to the product process and quality system
- Assure Safety and Quality standards are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by adhering to Lears 5S and World Class Housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals performance goals and objectives

Your Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Must be able to pass preemployment requirements of drug screen physical and background check.
- One year of related experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
