Know Your Rights: Construction Manager will assist the CDC in supervising managing and directing ongoing construction projects for the organization. Will provide day to day coordination of construction projects shall ensure that all requirements regulations and documentation involving these construction projects are completed. Will assist the Facilities Department as directed by the CDC in transitioning/integrating the construction projects into the existing facility operation.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Requires a bachelors degree and at least 5 years of experience or 10 years of experience in healthcare engineering and/or construction.
- State issued drivers license.
- Proficient in Word Excel and scheduling software.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role which includes estimated wages benefits and other forms of compensation is $85280.00 to $1193059.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
