Job Description
We seek candidates with recent ICU Charge Nurse experience for the role ofRN Supervisor CICU Nights. The person in this role will work a fulltime 12hour night shift 3 nights per week. She/he will provide an optimal environment and assist in overseeing and directing unit activities and personnel in order to ensure high quality patient care. She/he will plan organize control and coordinate the department activities ensuring high quality patient care and efficient costeffective service.
Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree Nursing and hold a California Registered Nurse License upon hire. Masters degree is a plus. Must have current BLS. Must have two (2) or more years of Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.
