Job Summary
We are seeking a Route Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and delivering products to various customers along designated routes. This role requires excellent communication skills sales acumen and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
Drive to customer locations to deliver products and facilitate the sales process.
Develop and maintain a regular route schedule to ensure timely deliveries.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote product sales and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked for customer needs.
Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products to existing customers.
Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback to management.
Ability to do overnight stays throughout the week.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in route sales customer service or a related field.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customeroriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy products.
Familiarity with sales software and basic computer skills.
