JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Manager Group Distribution will lead strategic initiatives within the Groups Meetings & Events (GME) segment collaborating closely with the Sr. Directors. This role involves enhancing profitability implementing innovative programs analyzing performance and refining strategies. Key responsibilities include developing direct customer connection strategies through channels like managing relationships with digital group intermediaries (e.g. Cvent) and leveraging stakeholder engagement to drive compliance and evolve initiatives. The Sr. Manager will ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement.

The salary range for this position is $108300 to $158000 annually.
