WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL
JobSite Supervision of Alterations to an Existing 30000 SF Preengineered Metal Building.
ALL Work is SubContracted out Already
This is a NONWORKING SUPERVISION ONLY Position for the General Contractor !!
The MAJORITY of the Work:
Existing Siding is to be Removed Then REInstalled
Structural Framing Items Purlins Beams Channels Trusses Angles Etc are to be Welded to the Underside of the Building to ReEnforce the Super Structure to Carry the Load of a NEW Single ply Roofing System to be Installed on top of the Existing Roof.
