King ORourke Cadillac Buick GMClocated on Rte. 347 Smithtown NY is seeking to hire anAutomotive Bookkeeper. We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who is eager to work in an enjoyable and engaging environment.
Fulltime or Parttime position available immediately.
This is a rare opening to work at Long Islands Largest Cadillac BuickGMC Dealership.We have a highvolume familyowned dealership with over 40 years in the business.

Responsibilities:
- Costing/packaging deals
- Posting deals
- Cash receipts/daily deposits
- Maintain cash/credit card clearance schedules
- Vehicle floor plan and payoffs
- Vehicle funding
- Reconcile prior day banking postings against bank activities/cleaning schedules
Requirements:
- Great references
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Maintain a professional appearance and neat/tidy work area
Pay: $25/hour
