Your responsibilities
Transfer Pricing Documentation: Managing and maintaining comprehensive transfer pricing documentation in compliance with local and international regulations
Transfer Pricing Calculations: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all transfer pricing calculations including sales and distribution margins intragroup services profit split analyses and other relevant methodologies
Transfer Pricing Operations: Overseeing the implementation and monitoring of transfer pricing policies and procedures while collaborating with finance and legal teams to ensure alignment with business operations
Transfer Pricing Policy: Developing updating and enforcing transfer pricing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with the companys overall tax strategy. Providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders on transfer pricing matters
Audit Support: Assisting in transfer pricing audits and inquiries from tax authorities preparing responses to information requests and defending transfer pricing positions
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating transfer pricing risks by monitoring changes in transfer pricing regulations and assessing their impact on the company
Business Partnering: Partnering with the business and supporting stakeholders with business change
Our requirements
35 years of experience in transfer pricing or corporate income tax while working in or with large multinational companies
Knowledge of transfer pricing regulations OECD guidelines and operational considerations
Bachelors Degree in a related field
Obtaining professional certifications will be an asset: ideally ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) CPA (Certified Public Accountant) Certified Tax Advisor (Doradca Podatkowy) or ADIT (International Tax) with at least two years postqualification experience (PQE)
High communication skills
Business fluency in English
