The Prime Video International team is seeking an experienced Launch Readiness Specialist to facilitate new external partner launches for Prime Video Channels and Transactional Video internationally. This specialist role will oversee partner launches individually and will help senior team members with task completion on other projects. This candidate will play a critical role within the Launch Readiness team to launch new partners identify process improvements and partner with content operations content acquisition product & engineering merchandising design and gotomarket teams. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen customer selection across Prime Video Channels and Transactional Video internationally as well as delivering against a vision for scaling the organization while maintaining the highest standards for timeliness and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading and participating in successful launch programs and tasks process improvement initiatives and demonstrate a strong ability to deliver tactically to overcome business challenges with high autonomy.


Key job responsibilities
Project manage Channels or TVOD partner launches and provide task support to the broader Launch Readiness team to ensure successful delivery of the roadmap.
Deliver process and/or automation initiatives/tasks that contribute to international business scaling goals.
Improve existing processes and SLAs for the team.
Deliver to established goals and related metrics track and report on progress and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectives.

A day in the life
The Launch Readiness team is expected to own their business and the needs of their customers. Launch Readiness Specialists develop internal working relationships enthusiastically deliver against the roadmap and are selfstarters in delivering process improvement opportunities. The team is highperforming; who work together to deliver team success and work closely with partners technology and design stakeholders to deliver the highest quality work and provide excellent customer and partner experiences. They tackle challenging and novel situations on a daily basis with a high degree of ambiguity and have a proven track record of staying connected to the details of the projects/businesses.

About the team
Our work spans Prime Video business and technology teams as well as our external content partners. The team is responsible for managing the endtoend lifecycle for delivering new content selection for customers through the launch of new partners on our Store experiences (Prime Video Channels and Transactional Video). The Prime Video Launch Readiness plays an essential role in ensuring that Prime Video remains the premier global entertainment destination providing accurate and complete content for our customers. Our team consists of entertainment enthusiasts based in Chennai and Costa Rica and works closely with teams based across the world.

Speak write and read fluently in English
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience managing tasks/projects in a digital environment with a focus on launch readiness in an operational structure
Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast paced dynamic environment
Project management experience in a digital environment with a focus on launch readiness in an operational structure

Experience and understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
Passionate about video content online streaming platforms and ecommerce with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics.
Experience in negotiation.
Fluency in another EU language (not required).
