We are excited to be working with a wellestablished familyrun law firm in Chelmsford to find a talented Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team. About the Role
Youll be joining a closeknit friendly team with a strong reputation for delivering highquality legal services. Working closely with senior leadership youll handle a varied and interesting caseload while playing a key role in the firms continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including M&As corporate transactions shareholder agreements restructuring and general commercial work.
Providing clear practical and commercially focused legal advice to business clients.
Building longlasting relationships with referrers and clients becoming a trusted advisor.
Supporting or leading the development of the Commercial department.
Contributing to business growth through networking and strategic partnerships.
Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and targets.
About You
4 years PQE with experience in corporate and commercial law.
A commercial mindset with the ability to understand and support business clients.
Strong communication skills confident approachable and able to build rapport easily.
A proactive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and making a real impact.
