Service Worker

CBI is the premiere nonprofit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona including prevention education and treatment using cuttingedge nationally recognized evidencebased models.
Job Summary
The Service Worker is responsible for preparing and serving meals for patients at assigned facility and for ensuring that all rooms at the facility are clean and orderly. The Float Service Worker will be responsible for traveling between facilities as needed to provide coverage.
Skills/Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or GED preferred.
- 36 months experience in Food Service or Housekeeping preferred.
- Current AZ Drivers License (valid and in good standing) required.
- Clear 39month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- AZ Food Handlers card required
- Level 1 Fingerprint Card (Womens and Childrens programs and any additional facility required to implement this requirement. This can vary based on program requirements.)
