Job Description
Position: InHome Caregiver for Veterans
Location: Collins OH (Potential for additional hours within 25 miles of this location)
Hours: 14 hours per week *to start*
Schedule: This client requires care Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM with one day per week scheduled from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. (Specific day may vary.)
Pay: $15.00 $17.00 per hour

Your Role:
As a Life Care Professional for the Patriot Care Program you will:
- Assist veterans with daily activities of living such as bathing dressing and transferring
- Provide a supportive environment that builds trust with veterans and their families
- Communicate veteran changes or health concerns directly with your care team
- Complete necessary training and education with our electronic HR software
- Use electronic software for timekeeping

- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to commute within a 25mile radius
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with mobile apps and technology
