Your application will be considered for a Catering Prep Chef position in the TSC Kitchen located in the Taggart Student Center. The TSC Kitchen supports University Catering the Aggie Marketplace and the Clutch Commissary by preparing meals for events campus dining and grabandgo items for cafs convenience stores and vending across campus. As a Prep Chef you will assist in preparing a variety of food items for these services.
USU Dining is looking for dedicated and serviceoriented individuals who will contribute to Creating an Excellent College Experience and deliver quality service to all our customers. We seek candidates who are eager to go the extra mile and thrive in a fastpaced work environment.
As a Catering Prep Chef you may be assigned a variety of duties which may include:
Prep ingredients by washing chopping and portioning.
Assist with cooking and preparing food according to recipes.
Keep prep areas and equipment clean and organized.
Label and store food properly.
Assist in the dishroom and with general kitchen tasks as needed.

Employees work indoors in a climatecontrolled environment to protect from weather and/or contaminants but may experience occasional temperature changes.
This position requires moderate physical activity including handling objects up to 25 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods.
