The Business Support Sr Fleet Administrator provides specialized daily support for the U.S. Roche Diagnostics fleeteligible organization consisting of over 2000 vehicles across the United States and Diagnostics sites. The Fleet Program Specialist is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and compliance through datadriven analysis stakeholder collaboration and supplier performance management.

This role also plays a key part in upholding quality management standards and contributes to organizational goals through continuous improvement initiatives and daily operational excellence.

The Opportunity

  • Partner with leadership and business units to improve performance and employee satisfaction. Manage supplier performance to drive yearoveryear improvements.

  • Lead strategic projects to enhance efficiency costeffectiveness and service delivery.

  • Analyze operational data and trends to identify and act on improvement opportunities. Maintain compliance monitoring systems and reporting tools.

  • Investigate system and program issues recommend and implement solutions. Introduce and support new technologies that improve costefficiency and the user experience.

  • Deliver policy and procedure training to new hires and provide ongoing education.

  • Conduct inperson training sessions and present at stakeholder meetings across the U.S. Develop and administer annual surveys to capture feedback and inform future initiatives.

  • Review and validate thirdparty billing for accuracy prior to payment. Support Regional Administrative Services in other team areas such as travel operations. Generate ad hoc reports and respond to data requests.

Who You Are

  • You have 5 years of experience in customer service fleet operations support or expense reporting; or an associates degree with equivalent experience.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities capable of identifying areas for improvement and leading crossfunctional initiatives that drive efficiency and enhance business performance. A proven track record in cost reduction fleet optimization and vendor management is essential.

  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and general financial principles.

  • Strong financial and business acumen with data analysis capabilities.

  • Deep understanding of fleetrelated business processes and best practices.

  • Proven ability to solve complex problems independently and deliver results.

  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other enterprise software systems.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis IN is $62500.00 $116100.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other jobrelated factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
