Job Description

Position: Life Policy Service Associate
Department: Life Operations
Reporting to: Life Operations Manager
Location: Topeka KS Onsite
Overview:
Join our dynamic Life Inforce team as a Life Policy Service Associate and play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience for our valued producers. If you are passionate about delivering topnotch support and have a knack for efficient problemsolving we want you! In this role youll be the first point of contact through the Inforce phone line handle crucial service documents and lend a helping hand on special assignments and projects.
Were seeking a proactive candidate with stellar communication skills sharp attention to detail and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
What youll do:
  • Handle service requests including death claims policy values statements and premium information
  • Process and submit policy service documents
  • Manage incoming calls in the Inforce phone queue
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail
  • Support Sales VPs and Case Managers with Inforce inquiries
  • Process and submit premium payments to carriers
Experience youll bring:
  • Detailoriented focused on quality in all aspects of your work
  • Confident professional and articulate in written and verbal communication; ability to build a rapport with all personality types and all levels of staff
  • Excellent organizational skills capable of managing a heavy workload and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Resourceful in problemsolving and optimizing resources
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • 2year experience in life insurance industry
