Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide lowlatency highspeed broadband connectivity to serve communities around the world. We are seeking a talented leader who will drive both operational excellence and lead business planning for B2B customers. The ideal candidate will combine strategic business planning with execution capabilities focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while building and managing our regional presence. This will include partnering with BD and Sales teams for each B2B vertical as well as building and leading regional teams responsible for managing operations across the globe.
Key job responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive regional strategy including gotomarket plans for each country in region business models and operational frameworks partnering with product sales and operational teams across Kuiper. Drive operational readiness through planning crossfunctional coordination and partnership. development for each region/country we enter Establish and monitor operational KPIs and business performance metrics. Manage endtoend service delivery including field operations distribution partner performance and customer support. Lead business development efforts and contract negotiations with local partners. Partner with legal tax and regulatory teams for countryspecific planning. Once operational own P&L to achieve business goals while optimizing costs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
8 years of experience managing operational or business teams. Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years experience in P&L management. 5 years experience in internet telecommunications satellite or enterprise services. Proven track record in developing negotiating and executing business agreements.
Experience building and managing largescale successful teams. International business operations experience. Regional language skills relevant to position. Ability to travel internationally regularly. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Experience in both US and international operations. Demonstrated success in entrepreneurial fastpaced environments. Track record of leadership in general management positions.
