Job Description
Tablet Coating Operations: Operate and monitor coating equipment (Auto Coater/Conventional Coater) during trial validation and exhibit batches in technology transfer projects.
Process Parameter Monitoring: Ensure adherence to defined process parameters (inlet/outlet temperature spray rate pan speed etc.) and record data accurately.
Batch Execution Support: Work closely with Technology Transfer Production and R&D teams to ensure smooth execution of pilot scaleup and commercial batches.
GMP Compliance & Documentation: Maintain logbooks BMRs/BPRs and equipment cleaning records as per GMP and SOPs.
Troubleshooting: Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or process deviations during coating operations and assist in corrective actions.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of coating equipment ensuring readiness for subsequent batches.
Support in Validation: Participate in process validation and qualification activities related to coating during technology transfer.
