Job Description:
We are seeking selfdriven and resultoriented individuals who have an inclination for data like workingwith people and are keen to build a career in the resource management domain. We are looking forindividuals who can work in a team and manage key reporting administrative and compliance managementactivities.
The suitable candidate will be responsible to review staffing requests through our prescribed demand intakesystems collate compliance management details perform compliance checks formulate data aggregation and publish staff allocation data to the business teams. You will coordinate and collaborate with multipleteams to gather details around learning compliance client compliance independence and businesscompliance requirements. You will also work with the quality & risk management and PwC member firmPOCs to implement all relevant process controls.
As a RM team Associate you will also be responsible to manage key administrative and operational activitiesthat are critical to ensure that our business professionals are able to execute their client deliverables in aneffective manner.
To ensure success as a Resource Management Associate you will be trained on our staffing tools RM processand guidelines to empower you with the necessary process knowledge. You will also be trained to use MSExcel spreadsheets Alteryx automations Power BI dashboards and our various compliance managementplatforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Review staffing demand requests and generate reporting around relevant compliance checks.
Perform client acceptance checks based on the firms quality & risk framework.
Assign business/deployment POCs to work requests in the workflow tool.
Ensure that all process and quality guidelines are met and compliance checks are performed whileidentifying and assigning professionals to work requests.
Maintaining data through multiple complex MS Excel trackers Alteryx workflow and Power BIsystems.
Key Skills and Experiences:
Graduate in any workstream with good academic record.
0 2 years of postqualification work experience in any domain/industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adhere to defined processes and complete assigned tasks with quality.
Good organizational and timemanagement skills with a proven record of working under tightdeadlines.
Good knowledge of MS Excel will be preferred
