Foundation Manager

UK and Europe Hybrid

We have an exciting opportunity to join QBE European Operations as the Foundation Manager where you will lead and shape the strategic initiatives of the QBE Foundation. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with global teams to drive impactful programs and partnerships. We can consider hybrid workers within any of our UK and European Offices and are happy to discuss flexible working options.

Your New Role:

  • Develop implement and manage the QBE Foundations strategy partnerships programs initiatives and events across the UK Europe UAE and Canada.

  • Oversee the daytoday operations and design targeted online campaigns and engagement projects.

  • Manage the Foundations budget direct expenses and financial reporting.

  • Make autonomous decisions regarding grants and engagement activities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships by networking internally and externally to promote the Foundation and organisations interests.

  • Represent the Foundation at various functions to enhance the organisations brand within the community.

  • Coordinate programs that promote good corporate citizenship through diversity and inclusion.

  • Conduct due diligence on selected charities for divisional block grants and assist in funding decisions.

About you:

  • Has experience in managing corporate charity or foundation initiatives.

  • Demonstrates strong project management skills and the ability to make autonomous decisions.

  • Possesses excellent networking and relationshipbuilding capabilities to engage with senior stakeholders.

  • Is adept at strategic planning and can align regional strategies with global objectives.

  • Is comfortable working in a flexible environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
