This position resides in the Ministry of Health under the Acute Care Division within the Quality & Provincial Programs Branch.

This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on Albertas acute care system through strategic leadership collaborative innovation and datainformed decisionmaking.

The Acute Care Division leads the planning and continuous enhancement of quality acute care services in Alberta. As Director you will help guide the province in achieving improved access better outcomes and a more integrated health system.

  • Education and Experience:
    University graduation in a field related to the position assignment (Public Administration or Healthcare Administration) supplemented by six (6) years progressively responsible experience in Acute Care. Related experience or education may be considered as an equivalency on a one for one basis.

    This is a fulltime Permanent position working 36.25 hours per week.
