Nurse Practitioner (NP)
A Nurse Practitioner is needed in Columbus Ohio.

Salary and Benefits
- Base salary: $140000 annually
- Annual bonus potential: Up to $10000 in the first year (increases with partnership opportunities)

Responsibilities
- Fulltime MondayFriday schedule
- Clinic hours: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM (last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM)
- Outpatient primary care services 100% outpatient
- Patient volume: 18 patients per day
- Small patient panel: Maximum of 450 patients
- Focus on senior patients with 35 chronic conditions
- Supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant and Scheduler
- Administrative time included in the schedule
- No nights no weekends no hospital call
- Access to inhouse consulting specialists including cardiology podiatry acupuncture tai chi yoga and nutrition services
- Doortodoor patient transportation available
Requirements
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
- Passion for valuebased care and delivering highquality outcomes for senior populations
