We are looking for someone who isforward thinkingto help us strive towardseveryday excellencewhile focusing oncustomer devotionandpersonal impactto ensure we areacting responsiblyin everything we do.

As a Supply Chain Manageryou will oversee and manage complex supplier relationships and performances across North America. You will also build a new logistical support service with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and supporting the operations of all our 1700 retail hearing locations throughout the US & Canada. The Supply Chain Manager will manage and govern the operational performance of the direct suppliers driving improvement of their performance across all business units of the organization. Driving operational efficiencies through cost optimization and cost reduction strategies will be critical ultimately improving the bottom line.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Inventory Management
    • Lead the collection and analysis of supplier reported information. Use analysis to improve or redesign reporting systems to better meet strategic goals.
    • Manage inventory levels on key products for supply continuity and risk management.
    • Capability to manage inventory across multiple locations to improve working capital and maximize service levels
  • Cost Management & Savings
    • Drive operational strategies and efficiencies resulting in YOY savings and value generation directly impacting the companys bottom line.
  • Relationship Building
    • Build sound relationships with suppliers resulting in the successful support of the organizations goals.
    • Work collaboratively with the regional business units to support growth in each business segment.
    • Capacity to manage key suppliers through bestinclass Supplier Relationship Management practices such as contract management scorecards business reviews and other tools & processes required to ensure the companys best interests are served
  • Forecasting
    • Create an agreement forecast with marketing sales and finance and follow it up with suppliers
    • Build and manage a new S&OP process to gain alignment with business leaders and stakeholders
  • Supplier Performance Compliance
    • Monitor supplier performance and compliance against contracted goals through contract management.
    • Develop new supplier performance metrics across other business units.
    • Escalation points for supplier quality and service complaints ensure timely resolution on complaints outside of performance metrics.

Qualifications in this role include but are not limited to:

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain/Finance/ Operations or related business discipline
  • 510 years of experience in Supply Chain (forecasting ordering and inventory management)
  • Proficient in analyzing and forecasting demand on different time horizons
  • Demonstrated experience in creating an agreement forecast with marketing sales and finance
  • Experience in managing inventory across multiple locations improve working capital and maximize service levels
  • Experience developing supply chain strategies from strategy to execution
  • Capacity to manage key suppliers through bestinclass Supplier Relationship Management practices
  • Has experience using tools and capabilities to enhance productivity of supply chain teams
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP)
  • High level knowledge of Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Fundamental knowledge of Power BI is a nice to have
  • Cost savings and future state mindset aligned with project initiatives
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively being comfortable with handling a variety of tasks
  • Flexibility positive and proactive approach

Compensation Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be:$95000 to $105000 base plus 10% incentive
