Responsibilities:
- Embody and uphold the schools mission and core values
- Plan and deliver engaging inquirybased lessons aligned with gradelevel benchmarks
- Create a warm inclusive classroom environment that supports both academic and socialemotional growth
- Collaborate closely with coteachers specialists and administrators
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and colleagues
- Participate in schoolwide events professional development and reflection practices
- Maintain confidentiality professionalism and a spirit of openness and respect
Required:
- A passion for working with children and a belief in their potential
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
- A positive flexible attitude and a sense of humor
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Education English Spanish or a related field
- Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
- 27 years of relevant gradelevel teaching experience
- Training in ProjectBased Learning Responsive Classroom or childled curriculum models
- Experience in differentiated instruction phonics and performancebased assessments
