Job Description
OBX Linen Solutions a division of Sun Realty is seeking seasonal fulltime and parttime linen associates. Were looking for hard working energetic reliable people with positive attitudes. Schedules may vary and weekends/holidays are required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background screening
Assist with loading and unloading of company trucks
Operate commercial washers and dryers
Ability to lift 50100lbs. constantly throughout the work day
Ability to work in varying weather conditions including extreme heat
Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing speaking seeing walking standing sitting driving reaching bending climbing steps and lifting 50100 pounds; repetitive motion folding wrapping stocking linens; loading and unloading trucks; effective written and verbal communication in the English language.
Machines/Equipment: The operation of laundry machines and driving box truck. Possess a valid active drivers license (minimum of 3 years) and clean driving record (MVR).
Work Environment: Laundry facility use of chemicals and some exposure to outside weather conditions fast paced physically strenuous; climbing flights of steps inside and out; maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic.

Hours: Hours and days will vary as job requires weekend and holiday work. Overtime may be required. Regular punctual attendance is required.
Salary Range: Pay based on experience and proven ability determined by Linens Manager.
