Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Must be detailoriented with great written and oral communication skills as well as strong marketing leasing and sales experience preferred.
- Accomplished interpersonal skills; capable of dealing effectively with residents vendors and coworkers.
- Answers incoming phone calls and handles each call accordingly whether it is a prospect call resident service request etc.
- Greets prospective residents qualifies determines needs and preferences and professionally presents the community while communicating community and unit features and benefits.
- Know the current condition of all vacant apartments that have been made ready for movein.
- Show apartments to prospects and provide various rental information.
- Accept and process applications.
- Assist Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports resident communications moveout inventory market surveys etc.
- Marketing the Community daily by using all available advertising.
- Working knowledge of Yardi 7S is a plus.
- Must have a valid drivers license proper automobile liability insurance and dependable transportation that is in good operating condition.
