Job Description

Ready to Make a Big Impact in SalesWere hiring a motivated and energetic Sales Professional to help grow our presence and drive business across both established and untapped markets in the fastpaced North East region. This role is perfect for someone who loves the thrill of closing deals building relationships and being part of a team thats pushing boundaries in the metal polishing industry.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams to identify new business opportunities and connect with potential clients using fresh creative outreach techniques.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and industry contacts to support our reputation as a trusted name in the market.

  • Collaborate across departments to support the order process contribute to team sales goals and promote our specialized metal polishing services.

  • Stay on top of trends by attending trade shows industry events and networking opportunities to gather competitive intel and keep us in the know.

  • Deliver persuasive presentations that communicate the value of our services and demonstrate our capabilities with confidence.

  • Use our CRM to log activity track leads and ensure were staying on top of every opportunity.

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in business or a related area is a plus.

  • 5 years of successful B2B sales experienceideally in metal polishing fabrication or construction.

  • A solid background in industrial sales is an advantage.

  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline effectively.

Your Strengths:

  • You meet or beat sales targets consistently and thrive on hitting goals.

  • Youre energized by a fastmoving competitive environment.

  • Quick to learn and adapt youre comfortable thinking on your feet.

  • You communicate clearly and confidently whether in person by email or during a sales pitch.

  • Detailoriented with solid analytical skillsyou know how to interpret customer needs and market signals.

  • Strong business sense and strategic thinking help you spot the best opportunities.

  • Youre organized prioritize well and can juggle several projects without dropping the ball.

  • Willing to travel up to 50% and hold a valid U.S. drivers license (passportready preferred).
