This Intern position will be part of DNVs Digital Solutions Electric Grid team. The position will be a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from the Corvallis Oregon office which creates and supports software for electric utilities. Further details regarding rolespecific requirements will be shared during the interview process. As a summer intern youll help keep the lights on while learning a lot.

DNV is seeking a summer intern to accelerate our frontend development work with the potential to work across multiple products. The tasks will vary but will give you exposure to computer security cloudfirst deployment and AI to accelerate development just to name a few. We have small teams where everyones contribution matters.
What youll Do
- Assist in building and maintaining web user interfaces using HTML CSS/SCSS and TypeScript
- Help translate design mockups (e.g. from Figma) into responsive accessible web pages
- Learn and apply best practices in web development including mobilefirst design and accessibility
- Learn and grow within a highperforming energetic and encouraging agile team that embraces best practices in CI/CD and automated testing
- Gain handson experience working with real production code and industry tools

Qualifications
What is required
- A strong interest in web development and user interface design
- Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
- Skilled in TypeScript or JavaScript
- Good communication skills and a teamfirst attitude
- Some experience converting wireframes or mockups into working web pages
- Familiarity with a frontend framework (Vue React or Angular) is a plus
- Exposure to design tools like Figma or similar is a bonus
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
