Job Title: Manager Software Engineering (multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods Illinois
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Hire retain and lead highfunctioning diverse group of engineering professionals establishing clear objectives and key results developing consistent set of practices and process across the team and driving towards resolution of challenging problems. This includes all performance management aspects of leading the engineers including acquiring and providing 360 feedback and administering reviews. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Information Technology Software Engineering Computer Science or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineeringrelated occupation.
Position required skills:Position requires of experience in the following: Software development using Java; Cloudbased technologies including Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) and OpenShift (OCP); CI/CD Pipeline devops and automated testing tools including Jenkins and SonarQube; Using Event Driven architecture solutions including IBM MQ and Kafka; Agile principles including stable work environments and continuous delivery of software.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $118913.00 to $180200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors such as but not limited to geographical location relevant experience education and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
