Job Description
- Manage the receiving of truck deliveries and packages;
- Handle packages from small envelopes to pallets and crates;
- Operate carts dollies hand trucks and Forklift
- Issue packing slips for shipping materials
- Coordinate with outside processing vendors on shipping a receipt of material
- Count and verify receipt and shipment quantities vs BOL/packing slips
- Help with Inventory/cycle counts as needed
- Work with the program managers on coordinating shipments.
- Organize the shipping area and dock
- Coordinate with material handlers to ensure the efficient flow of material to and from the dock.
- Accurately enter transactions into the ERP system
- High school diploma or equivalent or 8 years experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lead small team and follow work instruction
- Knowledge with Fedex UPS and variety of shipping procedures/regulations
- Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Good attitude with communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with other managers and co workers across organization
While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally maybe exposed to fumes or airborne particles moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The position requires frequent lifting pushing and pulling objects that are 50 pounds or heavier.
