Overview
My client are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and consulting on diverse construction projects within office space industrial and life science sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with clients contractors and manage office space construction and contribute to the successful delivery of consultancy services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects within industrial and life science sectors.
- Collaborate with clients stakeholders and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Conduct regular site visits inspections and quality checks to ensure project compliance with regulations and standards.
- Effectively communicate project status risks and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that embraces diversity and promotes equality.
Daytoday
- Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to project teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and implement project plans schedules and resource allocation strategies.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or related field. (Preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the industrial and life science sectors. (Minimum of 3 years)
- Strong understanding of office space construction and its unique requirements.
- Demonstrated success in clientfacing roles and managing complex construction projects.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to prioritize organize and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Commitment to diversity equality and inclusion in the workplace.
