The TELUS Health Provider Marketing team supports the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and PMS (Pharmacy Management Solutions) solutions which are designed to streamline work processes and healthcare providers workflows so they can better focus on caring for their patients. Our team is made up of passionate marketing professionals who believe they can make a difference in the lives of our customers. Through best marketing practices data driven insights and effective go to market execution we enable our product and sales counterparts to share a powerful story that positions our solutions successfully in the marketplace against our competitors.


We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Provider Marketing team to help us deliver on our mission and vision. In this role you will be critical in enabling the success of our sales team to drive revenue growth for our Provider Solutions portfolio.

What youll do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement strategies including the adoption of digital tools to optimize marketings collaboration with sales
  • Build strong relationships and interlock with sales and CSM to understand key pain points and optimize marketing support
  • Create and manage proposal templates sales collateral and marketing content
  • Optimize sales and customer facing content and ensure alignment to the overarching business messaging and branding
  • Develop compelling event strategy in collaboration with sales and events primes to differentiate TELUS Healths presence at conferences and trade shows
  • Effectively plan and execute webinars and more targeted event activities at the regional level
  • Lead Account Based Marketing initiative for high value accounts
  • Leverage SFDC to establish reporting and ROI analysis to measure marketing leads impact across the sales funnel
  • Be prepared for outofthebox thinking and trialling different approaches to determine the optimal methods to foster collaboration and drive growth

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Postsecondary degree in relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on sales enablement
  • Proven track record in proposal management and content development
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales processes across SMB and Enterprise segments
  • Highly experienced in leveraging CRM platforms such as Salesforce to create analysis and reporting for marketing leads and sales funnel
  • Deeply curious with exceptional analytical abilities and understand the importance of using data to make informed decisions and ensure ROI
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Highly comfortable operating in a fastmoving environment managing budgets and facilitating crossfunctional teams to bring marketing initiatives to life

  • Knowledge of Canadian healthcare environment and current TELUS assets and teams
  • An interest and skillset in creative design with experience using Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Entrepreneurial spirit which will drive passionate ownership and responsibility for the business
  • Tenacity resilience and leadership that enables you to organize and lead initiatives overcome challenges and build solutions

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time as part of this positions main responsibilities given its national scope.
