Job Description
Job Title: Reserve Guard
Job Code : 23521
Job Location: Camden NJ
Schedule: First Second or Third Shift as needed
and a represented position by the Union. Parttime Guards may work anyshifts: Monday Sunday.
Hourly rate is $18.10with no Health or Welfare benefits. Responsibilities will includebut not be limited to:
Essential Functions:
- Must be able to work under general direction parttime/oncall Security Guards will ensure a safe and secure working environment for L3Harris employees tenants guests and facility.
- Ensure parking patrons are not interfering with or prohibiting employee departure and arrival to the facility.
- Patrol building perimeter via foot or vehicle.
- Monitor building entries and exits.
- May be required to perform Entry Control and administrative duties.
- Operate access control and alarm system.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must properly wear company provided uniform.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Must be a US Citizen
- Abilityto obtain and maintain DoD secret security clearance.
- Active drivers license and abilitytomaintain thelicense.
- Good verbal written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact in a positive and diplomatic manner.
- Must possess basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word Outlook etc.
- Ability to work independently.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Prior Security Guard experience preferred.
