BCBA Clinical Supervisor
A BCBA Supervisor is needed in Flint MI.

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)
- Performs administrative clinical and professional tasks related to ABA service delivery
- Supervises and manages staff providing ABA services to children with Autism and their families
- Provides clinical supervision staff development mentoring and training
- Ensures fidelity to the ABA service delivery model
- Collaborates as a member of the clinical team
- Conducts assessments and completes related reports
- Delivers direct ABA services to children and families
Requirements
- Compassionate clientfocused approach
- BCBA license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA
- Valid Michigan drivers license and reliable transportation
