Job Description
A large commercial equipment company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation process for various commercial projects. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing a team of installers ensuring installations are completed correctly and ensuring the site operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and equipment installation management with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
Responsibilities Include:
Site Management:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the installation site ensuring that all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Ensure that installations are carried out in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Manage a team of installers ensuring they are trained motivated and working efficiently.
Provide handson leadership ensuring the team is meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Quality Control & Safety:
Monitor the site for any potential safety hazards ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
Conduct quality checks on installations to ensure they meet company and client standards.
Communication & Coordination:
Coordinate with project managers clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations on site.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status and site performance.
ProblemSolving & Troubleshooting:
Address any issues or obstacles that arise onsite promptly and efficiently ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in site management preferably in construction or commercial equipment installation.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of construction processes safety regulations and installation techniques.
Excellent problemsolving and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Must be able to work onsite and have a handson approach.
