We are looking for a dynamic organized selfstarter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Logistics Operations Manager (2nd Shift) in Arvin CA.

Job Summary:
- The Logistics Operations Manager (2nd Shift) develops oversees and strives to maximize the efficiency of the transportation network necessary to provide endtoend supply chains.
Additional Info:
- This role is located in Arvin CA and does not offer relocation
- This role is 2nd Shift: MondayFriday 2pm11pm
- This role is 100% onsite with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules
- This role requires up to 10% domestic travel
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for training developing and mentoring all personnel issues and performance evaluation.
- Build and maintain dealer relationships
- Responsible for input to the facility business plans including preparation of manpower capital and expense budgets.
- Monitoring and managing key performance criteria.
- Developing medium term strategic plans and direction.
- Responsible for safety/environmental compliance.
- Demonstrate strong safety focus
- Must be able to help analyze inventory and implement best practices

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the following: parts distribution operations safety and quality functions
- 3 years progressively responsible jobrelated experience
- Minimum 3 years ofsupervisoryexperience
- Bachelors degree
- The ability to work independently with minimal direction be a motivated selfstarter with demonstratedinitiative.
- Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department.
- EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) experience

Summary Pay Range:
$95640.00 $143520.00
