We are looking for a wellrounded user experience (UX) designer to join our team.Design intuitive usercentered experiences using our established design system ensuring consistency scalability and efficiency across products.
Identify when existing patterns meet user and business needsand when a new pattern may be required. Collaborate with the design system team to propose enhancements or additions.
Translate complex problems into clear user flows wireframes prototypes and design specifications that support both user goals and system constraints.
Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define design goals and translate requirements into impactful user experiences.
Collaborate closely with developers UX leads researchers and content strategists to ensure accurate implementation and alignment with user needs.
Apply sound UX principlesinteraction models accessibility usability heuristicswhen designing within and around systemprovided components.
Clearly communicate design rationale and present work to product teams engineering partners and business stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a 5C Federal security clearance are required for this role.

Annual starting salary range for this role: $85000$110000
Bachelors degree in User Experience Graphic Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience designing business enterprise web applications or new digitalproducts.
Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development environment and working within sprint teams.
Solid understanding of Figma including use of shared libraries components and prototypes to design within an established design system.
Familiarity with HTML CSS React Angular to support effective collaboration with developers and understand design feasibility.
2 years of experience as a UX/Interaction designer or related experience.
